Is your HVAC ready for summer?

With Summer approaching . . .

• Be sure to check or change out your air filter — doing it when the seasons change is a great way to remember!
• Check and clean your dehumidifier filters as well (if applicable)
• Time to flip your wall returns vents (if your home has them), the top vent should be open, and the bottom vent should be closed.
• Make sure you keep your landscaping and weeds away from your outdoor unit.  18″ is recommended.
