Mini-split systems are a great choice for room additions where extending or installing ductwork is not feasible. It’s also perfect for energy-efficient new homes that require only a small space air conditioning system.

These systems have two main components — an outdoor compressor/condenser and an indoor air-handling unit(s) (evaporator).

We proudly install Fujitsu systems, as these systems are reliable and typically require a small three-inch hole through a wall for the conduit.  This allows us to link the outdoor/indoor units and houses the power and communication cables, copper tubing, and a condensation drain line.
