Policies:
- 12 Hour advance notice for cancellation of scheduled appointments is required or cancellation fee will apply.
- Payment is to be made in full upon completion unless previously arranged.
- We reserve the right to refuse service.
Permits:
- Each township/bureau holds its own permit requirements. It is the property owners responsibility to obtain any permits required by the township/bureau in which they reside. NB Mechanical will not be responsible for any costs associated with fees incurred in relation to permit or township/bureau fees and laws.
